Old Business:
A. New Church Policy: Father Tony asked if we had all looked over the Policy that we have all received. Much discussion followed on the use of soft drinks. Under item “Food and Beverages”, a motion was made by Lenny Weih and seconded by Mike Finn that we just state that soft beverages and snacks are OK as long as care is taken to prevent spills and messes. Approved as amended. Discussion followed on the use of the parking lot by people other than parishioners using it as a drive through. It was mentioned that maybe we will put in speed bumps and also signs stating that it is a Private Drive.
B. Diocese Capital Campaign: Father Tony mentioned this in the Pastor’s Report.
C. Cleaning of Church Information: Ed Kross stated that Sanitol would be doing windows, floors and bathrooms every Monday.  Kristy Clean will be doing the offices, rectory and bathrooms on Friday and we will be encouraging the church volunteers to wipe down the pews on Friday. Ed mentioned that Sanitol would be donating their services. Sanitol will also be vacuuming the Sacristy.
