Father Thom mentioned they might have a table for the Evangelization Committee members to be available to help where needed.
Sacred Heart Use Policy - Liturgy Committee: Written report submitted. Meeting held on February19th to discuss the use of Sacred Heart. Possibly changing name to Sacred Heart Oratory or Chapel, according to Canon Law. Many possible uses were discussed while keeping in mind that all things should be in line with appropriate use of the sacred space. Father Tony will consult with Deacon Agnoli and the committee will meet again at a future date and bring information back to the Parish Council.
New Church Use Policy: Tom Van Buer and Dave Schnier are working on the policy for use of the church and office. Dave is working on writing the policy, with the understanding that we do want it to be used for any meeting, church functions, etc. We are not set up for dinners, etc. and they will continue to be handled at St. Boniface Hall.

New Business
A . New Storage Building: Tom reported they talked about the 4M square foot building that was purchased for storage. They are in the process of trying to sell the building and have decided not to fight the City on the ordinance due to cost and time. We will be building a smaller storage unit.
B. Diocese Capital Campaign: Father Tony reported that the Diocese will be having a Capital Campaign which will be starting in about one year. Each parish will be given a goal to reach.
C. Cleaning Crew for New Church:  Father Tony stated we want to get a crew of parishioner  in to clean the church before the dedication. They are planning on budgeting for maintenance and believe we should have professional cleaning. Ed stated that this is a high priority item. Dave will be checking on this item.
D. St Mary Closing:

Faith Facilities Report: Dick Roberts stated there are still a few punch items to be finished. The altar, ambo, stations of the cross, plus other remaining items are to be delivered on March 2nd.  Dick also stated that the sound system engineer will be on site March 12 and 13 to fine tune the system and will be on hand for the dedication.
